“No One Is Beyond Mercy”
Story
Fr. Jeyanthan Pachchek, a prison chaplain in Oslo, spends his days listening to inmates, celebrating Mass, and helping prisoners rediscover hope and dignity.
Many prisoners arrive feeling abandoned and hopeless. Through prayer, counseling, and forgiveness programs, Fr. Jeyanthan reminds them that God’s mercy is greater than every sin.
He explains:
“The Cross shows us that redemption is always possible.”
Several former prisoners now volunteer in their communities after rebuilding their lives.
